I hope everybody enjoys all the holidays that are coming up in the next couple weeks. Remember who gets the glory.

Well this past Monday(Nov. 19th) I finally finished the whole bible in a year! The only reason I didn't finish on Jan. 1st, is because when I started on Jan. 1st last year, I started 2 books in, because I had just read the first two earlier in Dec. The whole experience was great, and knowing Ive read the whole bible gives me a lot of joy. As for reading the bible, I've started reading James again according to our Sunday messages. And as I've said before, I hope everybody who reads this post, will decide to try reading the bible in a year, this coming year of 2008.

We found this little guy in the Ellise's front yard tree. We heard a strange noise, that we couldn't find, then we saw him. So I rushed and got my camera so I could take this nice video :) It's a little shaky, cause I was holding it really high in order to see him. He's a little hard to see at first, but I hope the shaking is not too bad. Enjoy!
I got my haircut major short on the same day as our party! I love it though :)
Sat. Nov. 17th, Elle and Camille hosted a fall party! It was held at our house, and we had lots of fun.

We took a group picture, then decorated frames to put it in! Here are some pics of what went on at our party.....

This is one of my favorite songs!
I didn't make this movie by the way:)

Turn your ear
To Heaven and hear
The noise inside
The sound of angel's awe
The sound of angel's songs
And all this for a King
We could join and sing
'All to Christ our King!'

How constant
How divine
This song of ours will rise
Oh, how constant
How divine
This love of ours will rise
Will rise...

Ohh praise Him!
Ohh praise Him!
He is Holy!
He is Holy!

Turn your gaze
To Heaven and raise
A joyous noise
Oh the sound of salvation come
The sound of rescued ones
And all this for a king
Angels join to sing
'All for Christ our King!'

Oh la la la la la la..
Oh la la la la la la..
Oh la la la la la... laaa laa laa laaa!

How infinite and sweet
This love so rescuing
Oh how infinitely sweet
This great love that has redeemed
As one, we sing...

Hallelujah,
Hallelujah
He is Holy,
He is Holy
Last night we babysat the Hoerls kids as well. We have been watching many kids over the last 2 weeks. It has been tiring at times, but also very fun! I'm very grateful for little kids to babysit!

We also watched the Roger's kids on Sunday.

Saturday Nov. 10th, we had chaos in the house.
We watched the Hall's kids, had Annie Ellise over, and also had Rachel and Hope Ganster over. It was crazy, but it was fun. We played hide-and-seek, and The Wii. Here are some pics. of our full household.
"after we are done with wii we are going to play a board game."

This year, we visited VA to visit some of our friends. While there, our family, and several others held a small reunion at the Sovereign Grace Church in Chesapeake.

This picture was all the kids that attended our reunion.
We also got to visit the beach. I had so much fun, and we stayed there for about 3-4 hrs. I had lots of fun, but after a while I got sick from swallowing so much salt water.
We also celebrated Joel's birthday while in VA. It was lots of fun
Well, as for the pictures, I should have pictures up pretty soon, I'm still just getting used to it, so I won't have many to start with.
This year I decided to read the bible in a year, so Jan. 1st. 2007 I found some reading guides (www.backtothebible.com) and got to reading! The whole experience has been really great, and has taught me many things.
1: you have to organize your life, so your not trying to cram your reading in 10min.

2: That God is so merciful, and Just.

3: Not only reading, but meditating on His word will really serve you in your life.

4: make sure you have next months reading guide before its a week into that month:)

I hope this coming year in 2008 many of you who read this will decide to do it as well. It really opened my eyes in a whole new way to see Jesus!
Well I've been wanting to make blog for while, so here it is! My first posts will be pretty simple, but I hope to get the hang of it soon. I hope u enjoy looking into a little window in my life!
